Hello I Have A Question I Tried Lupron Last Year

hello I have a question I tried Lupron last year for 6 months only had horrible pain first 2 weeks then no pain now I am back on it first 3 months again only pain first 2 weeks just got my 2nd shot first of the 2nd 6 months but it wore off 4 days prior so I got 2nd shot next day after pain been in pain for almost 3 weeks seems it's not working this time is there still a possibility it can work even if I have been in pain almost 3 weeks after shot?
