Hello, I Have A Question About Inner Ear Infection, I

hello, I have a question about inner ear infection, i had all day spinning sensation and i feel like subjects are not staying still ( for my eyes) i feel also very bad while waling- woozy, do i need medical help? i was seeing the doctor 2 weeks ago and was given antibiotics for ear infection looks like this is comig back or else is going on..can anybody tell me what to do..thank you
