Hello, I Have A Self Draining Abscess Way High On

hello, I have a self draining abscess way high on my outer gum.I have had other abscess and never any pain. They all drain on their on. The last few weeks I have had bouts with diarrhea and nausea usually lasting a day. My dentist is on vacation till next month. I'm not in any pain but my question is could this abscess be causing the diarrhea since I am swallowing it?
