Hello, I Have Been Having Cluster Migraines For A Month

hello, I have been having cluster migraines for a month with litlle or no relief with meds. now have bad taste in my moouth, food , drink doesn't taste right, and an upset stomach possible from meds? The migraines this time are located on left side instead of right, and smells are heightened, to the degree of triggering them. Is this normal? Thank you.
