Hello, I Have Been Having Some Pains That Come And

hello, I have been having some pains that come and go on the rt side of my stomach, underneath my ribcage. the last tow days though, I have also experienced swelling from my vagina all the way back to my anal area. The last two days my lower stomach or I guess my intestines has been swollen and i feel bloated and full. I am sore from my abdomen but not pain, just soreness. I am a 40 year old female.
