Hello I Have Had A Breast Cancer/left One, Diagnosed And

I have had a breast cancer/left one, diagnosed and threated during 2013. mastectomy and partial axilla clearance with an silicon implant and latismus dorsi flap.
doing well, sometimes having severe pain on a surgical site and the left hand, upper part.
recently I was having a bad cold with inflammation and a cough, with intake of antibiotics. after 10 days of antibiotics, my ESR was even increased, from 36 to 48. possible reasons? a doctor of mine has referred me to make CRP and a X-ray of lungs, will do it on the following Monday.
Last MRI of breasts was done last October, 2014, and U/S was recently, 2 weeks ago. all was clear.
