Hello I Have Had A Hoarse Voice For About A

hello I have had a hoarse voice for about a month now maybe a little longer. It started with a sore throat and then the hoarseness came behind it. I got rid of the sore throat but the hoarseness is still there and sometimes my throat feels a little scratchy. just recently i have been experiencing a little pain when a swallow and a little coughing please tell me what is wrong with me
