Hello , I Have Had Meniscus Surgeries On My Left

hello , I have had meniscus surgeries on my left leg in the past year . went to pt. and was discharged. just as pt was ending I was diagnosed with DCIS breast cancer. had double mastectomy which I am currently preparing for reconstruction . I am just giving you a recent 6 month background ... I am trying to do some form of exercise so I walk up and back on the block. however I have numbness in my left thigh and excruciating cramping in both my thigh and calf. I am up to walking only 6 house distance. and I am concerned because I want to do more but the pain becomes to much to bare. What at this point should I do ? who should I see? I don't know where to turn next.
