Hello. I Have Really Bad Wind- Belching Which Comes And

hello. I have really bad wind- belching which comes and goes but can last for days and ? seems to stem from my right lower abdomen. I also have an itch a few inches to the right of my belly button but there is no rash. Don't know if they are connected. Only drug I am on is HRT.
