Hello, I Have Recently But Gradually Have An Extended Abdomen,

hello, I have recently but gradually have an extended abdomen, the upper abdomen has been hard, and almost feels like theres a lump or bulge on both sides, as of yesterday, now I have a sharb stabbing pain in my right back around the rib cage.... hurts really bad when I inhale.....any ideas as what it could be?
