Hello I Have Seen Many Ent Doctors For A Secretions

I have seen many ent doctors for a secretions problems with my traciostomy which is being caused by my loss of safe swallowing. The secretions are thick and sticky and get stuck above the tracy and down the sides of the tracy. Nebulisers are not helping only drinking tea or water which about 10% goes into my airway and then suctioned out. This only gives a small releaf as I have a constant dribble that also goes into my airway. I need about 40 suctions a day to try and keep my airway safe. I am a C5 spinal injury with peg feed. Tablets and patches do not help. What can I do to stop this problem.
