Hello I Have What I Believe To Be A Swollen

hello I have what I believe to be a swollen lymph node in my anal region like at the edge of my bum cheek where the crack starts it was there a few weeks ago like a small pea painless then went away it has now returned bigger and painful I will go see my gp just wondering is there any benign causes for this anything I google is very worrying
