Hello. I Hear Less For My Right Ear Since 6

hello. I hear less for my right ear since 6 months. and now z left ear also is becoming the same. I went to ent hospital where I was given several medicines and sprays but to no avail. I conducted a hearing test where I was informed that my ears are ok but still I am having hearing problems and sometimes it aches too. please help me.
