Hello I Just Had A Ablation And Tubal Ligation Yesterday.

hello I just had a ablation and tubal ligation yesterday. the pain was excruciating but since has died down a lot, thank god. I was wondering about the bloating, how long can it take for the to go down. im healthy and normally workout everyday as well.
