Hello. I Need Some Advice. I Was On The Pill

hello.
I need some advice.
I was on the pill for several months and started bleeding 1 week earlier than my due date on the Levlen pill. I than continued to bleed for an extra week. a total of 11 days bleeding when my period lasts around 4-5 days. after this time my husband and I have had sexual intercourse and i have had a period pain on and off for 3 days and now my uterus and inside is really hurting and I physically couldnt continue with sex due to the pain.
i have pain sitting down and walking around.
i am concerned now as I assumed maybe ovulation pain but its now way to painful to be that?!
