Hello! I Noticed I Have What Appears To Be A

hello! I noticed I have what appears to be a bruise in between my breasts at the bottom of my sternum? It does not hurt to touch so I'm not sure if I need to see a physician or not. I have not had any injuries so it's a mystery why it's there. Thanks!
