Hello, I Recently Discovered A Lymphocele On The Shaft Of

I recently discovered a Lymphocele on the shaft of my penis. at the time I didn't know what it was and panicked a little and tried to pop it. I used too mush pressure and damaged the skin.
It has reduced after a day but now I have an open sore where I damaged the skin. I have been putting on antibiotic ointment and a water proof bandage to help with healing but it looks like there isn't a scab forming. The center of the affected area (about the area of the head of an pencil eraser) is whitish and moist. I'm worried about it (obviously).
