Hello I Recently Had The Flu And Now Am Feeling

hello I recently had the flu and now am feeling a little better. the thing is I m having some other issues that I didn't have before I got sick. I am nauseous and no I am not pregnant that's for sure. second I light headed and groggy. the thing that is really bothering me is I have the shakes now im anemic but I do not have my period. can you tell me whats going on?
