Hello I Take Topamax For Awhile To Help My Depression

hello I take topamax for awhile to help my depression and pain my new doctor see no value in using it this way I have been on it when I was taking 80 mg of prozac and 300 mg of buprobrion. I have since reduced my prozac to 40mg a day and totally stopped all buprobrion. I am now reducing slowly the topimax100mg at a time.this gave me headaches and nausea and the itches. I got the pills changed to 50mg 2 x 2 daily of which I now have dropped 50mg at night and so I am at 150mg a day. I seem to be tearing up a lot at any time should I go back to the 200 level till psych appt about meds in march 2017????
