Hello I Took Postinor 1 Three Times In One Month

hello I took postinor 1 three times in one month and the first time I took one on the 4th day and then two postinor 1 on the 4th day after intercourse. It has been about a week and a half to two weeks since taking these pills and I am spotting a little light brown (like a teaspoon and that was it) but have had belly cramps, tender breasts and hip aches. What can this mean? Early stage of pregnancy or unstable menstruation due to repeatedly taking the pills in this manner? Thank you in advance.
