Hello, I Was Diagnosed With Hypothyroidism Last Year May. Also

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism last year may.
Also went for ultra sound, and report mentioned some nodules.
Was advised to take thyroxine.
After almost 9-10 months i took another t3, t4, tsh test.Results were as followed:
t3: 94ng/dl (c.l.i.a)
t4:8 μg/dl (c.l.i.a)
tsh: 3.26μIU/ml (c.l.i.a)
should i stop medication? should i continue?
go for another scan? because i guess swelling exists.
