Hello I Was Just Wondering Why I Have A Burning

hello I was just wondering why I have a burning sensation in my abdomen I had a c section 3 weeks ago I have no fever my incision is healed on the outside it's just when I'm standing I'm also thinking it might be because I haven't gotten the rest I really need to I.have 4 other children to care for besides the newborn should u call my doctor or should I give it time until I have my apt Jan 14?
