hello, I'm 21 years old. Lately I've been having a lot of quarter sized clots on my menstrual cycle. and I am on my period now. I am on my second day. The first day was normal with some brown blood and today I am having a heavy flow with ungodly amounts of pebble clots. when I sat down to use the restroom clots just started falling out. I also have been having chest pains, and N/V. I went to my gynecologist last week and she told me to keep her updated if i had any concerns but by the time I went to call the clinic was closed. I am currently prescribed Phentermine. However, I havent taken it for four days now. What should I do?
