Hello! I'm A 14 Year Old Girl, And Earlier Today

hello! I'm a 14 year old girl, and earlier today I noticed that when I went to the bathroom, an oily orange liquid was floating in the water. I don't want to sound too graphic, but it was all over my pants and smells extremely weird. I've read on some online articles that it's caused by eating fish, but the only fish I've eaten recently was shrimp- and that was three days ago. what caused this, and is there any way to prevent it?
