hello, I'm a 22 female. I went to the clinic today to get tested for herpes and other sti. Last week I had a UTI and was put onto antibiotics for 10 days, because the doctor feared it may have reached my kidneys, because I had severe lower back pain and fever. After seven days on the antibiotics, I was prescribed a new type because the results came back and the antibiotics I was on were resistant to the strain of uti bacteria that I had. 4 days ago after having rough sex I was sore in my vagina and itchy. I then noticed a small tear near my labia majora, and near my anus. The first tear on my labia then turned into a painful bump, which has now turned white. the process is similar to a canker sore that I get inside my mouth sometimes. the one on my labia doesn't hurt too much, but the one near my anus, has since turned into a bump and hurts. I had a flu/fever yesterday, which I read could be a symptom of herpes, as well as a headache this morning. Unfortunately, my whole family has had the flu, I don't know if my sickness is because of the bumps or of normal contact with people with the flu. I also have slight back pain which was a symptom of my uti infection, but I read is also a symptom of herpes. I also have a yeast infection, I tend to get them frequently, my doctor told me I am genetically prone to them, and that my brand of birth control also puts me at higher risk of yeast infections. She is going to prescribe me a lower dose BC as soon as my prescription runs out.
When I saw the doctor today regarding my sores on my vagina, she looked at them and said they looked more to be skin irritation, and that it could be a tear that was irritated more by my yeast infection. However, I fear she may not have seen them, because they are pretty far down on my vagina, and she was swabbing and looking more within my vagina.
I also did a urine sample to get tested for other stis.

I was wondering if you have heard of canker sores on the vagina. I think that the last time I got them there was when I was 8 and had a high fever and the chicken pox.
Also, if you have ever heard of UTI becoming the first symptom of herpes. I wont know for sure until my results come back, but if you do think it is herpes, i'd like to know. Kind of to brace myself for when the results come.
