Hello, I'm Concerned About Pain That I've Been Having In

hello, I'm concerned about pain that I've been having in my calf for about 2 months now. it cramps up when i stretch. I'm concerned because I've been experiencing pain in different parts of my body such as my hand, hips, shoulders, neck and i am short of breath with short bouts of cough attacks every day now for about a week.
I suffered a disc herniation last year and so i don't know if these complications have anything to do with recovery or is it something more serious. I don't have medical insurance and i don't want to go to an ER if its nothing to serious.
