hello Im from toronto ontario canada with a question tonight : My mom is elderly lives on a feeding tube and is suffering from a chest cold she cant cough up any flem or mucus would a vapourizer with vicks vapour rub be beneficial to her she is 86 years old has alzheimers and parkinsons disease !
