Hello! Im In Los Angeles, And I Woke Up This

hello! Im in Los angeles, and i woke up this morning fine, but some bug bites. most of them seem fine, just normal itching and whatnot, but my thumb also has a bite on it, and it is now quite swollen. I feel local numbness and little bit and my hand that was bit is ever so slightly weaker than the other. I suspect a spider bite or something, but I thought maybe you can help me out
