Hello I'm Itching In Randomly In Certain Places And It

hello I'm itching in randomly in certain places and it tingles. is it a symptom of chlamydia or anything deadly... it hurts in the middle of my penis randomly. my balls are sore and they are hanging low a lot why though even if I'm walking around they always hang and there sore. why are they hanging most the time and what causes redness on the sack. I'm so scared please please help
