Hello, I've Just Had My Second Heavy Nose Bleed Of

hello, I've just had my second heavy nose bleed of the day. This morning took about 40 minutes to stop and tonights is ongoing. It woke me up. The blood comes very quickly. I've currently got the nostril packed with tissue but can still feel it in my throat and mouth. any advice beyond this?
I'm 47, fit, 90kgs, 5'8"
