Hello. I've Missed My Period This Month. I've Always Been

hello. I've missed my period this month. I've always been regular though I've been diagnosed with ovarian cysts, endometriosis and a submucous myoma. Pregnancy tests are negative. After missing my period for 3 or 4 days, I started having this pain in my right iliac region. It comes and goes but it's especially painful with physical activity. I've never had pain with cysts before so I don't know if this could be the case...
I have an appointment with my OBGYN till next week. tomorrow I will see my general doctor and ask him for a sonogram.
