My daughter had flat foot reconstruction surgery on Jun 30th. On Jun 25th, she fell and landed on her cast and popped one of her stitches. She was taken out of her cast and put into a boot, which caused another stitch to open. Her third stitch has healed but has bumps around it. Her doctor has her taking antibiotics and stated that the bumps wee caused by too much moisture being kept around her surgical sites. I have been washing and drying her third site but I am not seeing any improvement, and the doctor did say that I can start washing the other 2 sites but I am afraid to. What should I do?
