My daughter is 14 years old and has developed a sudden"outbreak" (for lack of better way of saying it) of freckles. She isn't in the sun much, her skin is flawless and beautiful, however, moles and freckles are showing up everywhere, literally overnight.
Any clues as to why this is occurring? Any thoughts are appreciated. Thank you for your time.
