My name is Rob and i'm 28 years old. I'm on no medication besides occasionally taking a Xanax to go to sleep. almost everyday starting around 12pm to about 4 pm i get extreme tiredness. Sometimes i'm also dizzy and can't focus my vision.
any suggestions?
