Hello Sir I M Kunal,,,my 26 Old Brother Has Abdomen

hello Sir I m kunal,,,my 26 old brother has abdomen pain associate with loose motion lasting as well as he gradually lose his waight for about 1 month ..we did his USG but in that report only showed swelling on intestine, doctors said that its because of his loose motion problem..but we observe whenever he took medicict for that period he get re leaf and after stop medicine he get same problem again...Sir please give some hope for us what we do.....?
