Hello Sir, I'm Having A Grey Spot In My Middle

hello Sir, I'm having a grey spot in my middle finger since 2 yrs, initially I ignored it as I thought its kind of blood clotting then it started etching some times and now similar marks are appearing in other fingers as well. I'm worried is it a symptom of some aliment or deficiency. Please guide !
