Hello ! So A Couple Of Days Ago I Had

hello ! So a couple of days ago I had sex & ever since then, I feel like I always have to pee even right after I go I feel like I have to keep peeing but not much will come out & sometime towards the end of my pee it feels kinda tickelish.. I'm not sure how to explain . Also when I wipe there's some blood but it's very very lite & is kinda watery .. Like if it was mixed with water ..? Also this morning when I wiped a little very lite & see through red ball kinda looked like a rain drop .. Came out ..
