Hello, A Few Years Ago I Got Welders "flash" 3

hello, a few years ago I got welders "flash" 3 times in a year it was pretty bad and very painful but I was up and ready to go the next day. the last year or two I have noticed a dark spot in my right eye and like a star burst around it, my left eye for lack of a better term looks like there are streaks in my vision. I am not one to go to the hospital but I am getting concerned.
