Hello! About 4 Days Ago I Woke Up With My

hello! about 4 days ago i woke up with my troat feeling absolutely fine(no burning, hurting or even soreness) but i did have a bump on the back of my tongue... it kind of feels like i have part of a popcorn kernel stuck to it when i swallow, and its really bugging me!!! i asked my gma(she knows everything... to me anyways lol) and she said it sounded like a swollen taste bud? i do eat alot of food with spices like salt and acidic foods as well.... why would it just appear overnight? and is it normal? its the same colour as my tongue(got my boyfriend to look) and does NOT hurt one bit... just really annoying! anything that you could point out or tell me would be amazing because i have a high level of anxiety and obviously think im dying(LOL) how long do they last and os that even what it is??!! thanks so much!!!
