Hello, Am Confused... I Had My Last Period September 13th

hello, am confused... i had my last period September 13th and on the 1st of oct, i was peeing and saw a satin of blood. the blood didnt start coming out well fully till the next day, oct 2nd. then i notice my pad wasnt getting full but when i peed i saw the reddness of the blood inside the toilet. i usually have my period for 3 days n on the 3rd day it starts to become brownish red. but until now the period is still red n comes out more when i pee. should i be worried? i was sexually active in the past month. pls help, i dont want to go to the hospital.
