Hello And Thank You For Being Available. I'm An Active

hello and thank you for being available. I'm an active 52 year old woman who has had 3 children by c-section. I workout about 3 time a week and I started having a debilitating intermittent pain in my right groin area that can be bad enough to make it difficult for me to close my leg. It can wake me up when I try to turn in the bed. I also experience a deeper lower left back pain that's fairly persistent. I can live with that and I find that it lessens when my leg hurts and vice versa. Should I get an MRI? It's been going on for over a year.
