Hello, Do Swollen Sinus's Cause The Feeling Of Light Headedness

hello, do swollen sinus's cause the feeling of light headedness and nausea from time to time? and pressure in the head...I have feelings like my brain wants to pop out of my head dull headaches, but not excruciating pain or anything and my sinus seem to always be swollen.
