Hello Doc, I Have PCOS Detected 6 Months Back When

hello doc, I have PCOS detected 6 months back when I went in trying for my second child. My period cycle is about 45to 60 days. last periods date was 21 dec 2015. 3 days back preg kit showed +ve. but ultrasound showed no sac but multiple follicles on both ovaries. should I be concerened? what happens to the cysts during preganancy?
