Hello Doc, I Take Micardis, Escitalopram, Somac Plus Some Days

hello doc, i take micardis, escitalopram, somac plus some days rinatadine and also milanta and even carb soda because of annoying acid stomach (occasionally) and relfux daily. i have joint pain, tired aching limbs, general tiredness, lack of motivation/ambition which fluctuates (though i fight this feeling) and take mobilis 2 or 3 times a week (against my doctors advice). i find my doctor difficult to talk to, he actually got angry with me for asking him to reduce my volunteer hours (2 years ago, i now say little to him except to ask for meds.) its a 70 km round trip to see another doctor. i am almost 63, worked till i was 60 but was suffering aches plus anxiety and depression. now on newstart (centrelink) and feel like a dole bludger. is the meds the main cause of my heartburn. i would like to try and get off escitalopram but worried about withdrawals. what do you think.? ps i am female.
