Hello Doc, I Was Taking Althea For Three Months But

hello doc, i was taking althea for three months but i am planning to swicth on other brand which is dianne 35, i took my last athea pill last sep28 and had a free 7days for my menstruation to come, on the 8th day which is today im planning to take dianne 35 instead of althea, will i be safe for the 1st week of taking dianne? some people says that i need to have other protection for seven days if i switch from althea to dianne 35, but some also says that the two pills has the same content and it only differs on brand so i dont need to have other protection for the seven days to come because the result of this two pill are the same
