Hello Doc. I Wrongly Used Antibiotic And Did Not Follow

hello doc. i wrongly used antibiotic and did not follow instruction. i put 2.5ml of powdered augmentin to my baby's formulate milk. i did it twice only to find out that the instruction is to dilute the powder first with right measurement of water. my baby doesnt show any unusual bahaviour after the mistake i made. but i want to make sure that there's nothing to worry.
