Hello Doc, Is Omez And Zerodol Good For Arthritis Pain

hello doc, is Omez and zerodol good for arthritis pain and swelling? I have joints issues and back pain.if not what would suggest? they found blood in my urine two weeks ago,is it something for me to worry about? i am to do another urine test.....and no i was not on my period...
