Hello Doc., My Son Had A Severe Diarrhea Problem Last

hello doc., my son had a severe diarrhea problem last weak. After blood test his total bilirubin level was 2.7 (1.7 & 1). He has suffered jaundice twice before in last 4 years. He is regular gym goer. even after resting for two days he again started going to gym. He takes high protein diet (eggs and lentils) everyday. please advise
