Hello Doc , Out Of Know Where I Broke Out

hello doc , out of know where I broke out in a rash that was heat sensitive it was on my face neck chest arms and back ...when ever I would get scared or mad it would burn and tingle then my left eye started hurting and was sensitive to light ...the rash is gone but my skin is very dry and now its really tuff and looks like dried lettuce....
