Hello Doctor, I Am Legally Blind, But Have Noticed A

hello doctor, I am legally blind, but have noticed a lump on my six year old Shih Tzu's throat under his chin but on his wind pipe I think it is slightly aggravating him although he seems to be a little despondent, his follows my wife every ware she goes, and although he still like an affectionate pat he seems far away. Doctor I will not receive my blind Pension until Friday I do not have a credit card, only pay by debit card friday.
